James Mark

James Mark is a Managing Partner and one of the founding members of Aztec Capital Management. James is responsible for research and evaluating new investment opportunities as well as working with existing portfolio companies on various strategic and financial initiatives. 

James has 20+ years of experience in the capital markets and investment management industry. He is the Founder and Managing Member of Conscience Bay capital, Inc. Conscience Bay Capital is an Independent, Investment Management firm that operates out of NY and Philadelphia. 

James is a (CFS) Certified Fund Specialist through the Institute of Business and Finance. He is an (AIF) Accredited Investment Fiduciary through the Center for Fiduciary Excellence. He is an (AAMS) Accredited Asset Management Specialist conferred by the College of Financial Planning. James is licensed Finra Series 7 and Finra Series 66. He is a member of The Institute of Business and Finance, The Investments and Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA), as well as Center For Fiduciary Excellence. 

James Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College.
